You can login at your convenience and track each phase of your project, manage approvals and post comments and questions for the project team. With project communications in one place, you can rest assured that you and Alter Imaging are on the same page.

Standardized Process

Alter Imaging follows a proven, standardized process to ensure that your project expectations are met. Every project begins with a detailed project plan outlining the project scope, the project team, the schedule and the deliverables for each project phase.

The project phases follow our SixD™ methodology, a thorough, standardized design and development process that we have engineered to meet the needs of a wide range of projects. Discover

The Discover phase provides a development roadmap for the project and ensures efficient project flow and a superior end result. Alter Imaging will conduct a client discovery in order to clarify your goals and objectives, assess your audience needs, position your brand for the online environment, and formulate technical requirements.

Define

Once the client discovery has been completed, Alter Imaging will synthesize this information to create a client brief, a comprehensive site architecture, page and technical specifications and wireframes. We will also make suggestions to further enhance the effectiveness of your Website.

Design

After your company and our firm have agreed upon the structure and direction of the Website, we begin the design phase. Our talented creative team will produce a unique design that provides the framework for your company information and at the same time focuses on your visitors experience.
Your current branding strategy will remain intact while we expertly create the visual and aesthetic goals required to ensure that your Website communicates a well-defined message.

Develop

The next step involves the Website development. We build the entire Website based on the established framework. Once the documents have been translated into actual pages and the functionality is developed, we begin our rigorous Quality Assurance testing.

Debug
